什么是镇压

what is repression

I'm Aoi Hashima , an occupational therapist working in Saga Sumai and Fukuoka.

Yesterday, I attended my fourth online peer tutoring study session.

The theme of this great study is "repression".

Three years have passed since the Corona disaster, but our lives are full of "oppression".

Going out restrictions...

Use a mask...

To vaccinate or not to vaccinate

People's reactions to the novel coronavirus...

I had to take a break because my next of kin contracted the new coronavirus...

The economy has stopped working...

All kinds of problems are becoming "oppression" with no end.

In peer tutoring, you can talk about things you wouldn't normally say, or things you might fear being rejected by others, in an environment where you can feel relaxed.

Peer counseling enables you to release your inner repressed experiences because you can talk in a safe environment.

And, even if you are unaware of your oppression, you may be aware that you are being oppressed by talking about your heart.

what is suppressed emotion

Repression is a state of suppressing one's thoughts and being unable to express one's true self.

✔️ I can't say what I want based on the people around me

✔️ Persistence should be ○○

✔️ deceive yourself

There may be times when you need to suppress yourself, conform to your surroundings, or conform to the customs of your own life as a society in order to conform to others.

However, if you keep suppressing yourself, you will accumulate stress.

After a stroke, there are more than a few people who cannot keep up with their state and are more likely to feel depressed.

Repressed emotions can’t be released all at once, but I think it’s important to release them little by little through peer coaching.

release suppressed emotions

When you think about liberation, you may have an image of exposing everything, opening up, and not worrying about those around you.

When I started studying peer counseling, I sometimes wondered, "Does emotional release mean exposure?"

However, when I studied peer counseling, I learned about emotional release

"Watch Your Heartbeat"

"Extracting every aspect of one's own thoughts into words"

"Organize Your Mind"

I'm starting to think it could be rewritten as .

I'm starting to realize that being able to make time for myself is also the real joy of peer counseling.

I'm really looking forward to the monthly online peer counseling workshop.

I would like to thank the monthly study hours.
